TWO YARNS ARE HELD TOGETHER:
Two (2) lace weight yarns are held together to get fingering weight gauge:
Isager Trio (50% flax, 30% cotton, 20% bamboo, 50g/350 m/383 yds per skein) You need approx.: 2(2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins. The sample is knitted in color Camel.
AND:
Ito Kinu (100% silk, 50g/465yds/425m per skein). You need approx. 2 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3). The sample color is 355 Caravan.
OR 617 (697, 764, 861, 948, 1031, 1112, 1200, 1296) yds / 565 (638, 700, 789, 869, 945, 1019, 1100, 1187) m of both yarns.

NEEDLES:
US 2.5/3 mm 32"/80 cm circular needle.
US 1.5/2.5 mm 32"/80 cm circular needle.
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.

OTHER:
Tapestry needle, stitch markers (4)

 
GAUGE:
25 sts and 35 rows = 4 x 4" / 10 x 10 cm in Stockinette stitch with (US 2.5/3 mm) needles.
